Your task
- Check order confirmations and issue approvals in theERP system
- Place and manage orders
- Track delivery dates
- Process incoming invoices, post receipts and maintain master data in theERP system
- Support of controlling, preparation of monthly projections
- Create invoices for external workers
- Create monthly VAT returns
- Monitoring and control of payment transactions
- You carry out account clarifications with suppliers and customers

Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial/accounting training, ideally as a tax clerk
- First professional experience in a comparable activity
- Knowledge of SKR04
- Good knowledge of mapping processes in an ERP system
- Careful and structured way of working
- Organizational talent
- Flexibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
